The Development Media Workshop hosted the Abara International Disability Film Festival's School Programme. DMW are launching their new learning resource on Tuesday 13th December at 8pm at the Arhowen Theatre, Enniskillen.

Disability and Development is a DVD-based learning resource that explores disability issues locally and globally. It is linked to post-primary curricula in
Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, with a focus on local and global citizenship, and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
The seven films of real life stories of young people living with disabilities around the world are embedded into seven easy-tofollow teaching sessions, with all the necessary resources provided on DVD and online.
